This shop is the BEST!! The sweetest ladies work here, and made my experience so special! Autumn was super professional, patient, helpful, and helped me find my perfect dress…she was such a joy! I cannot say enough good about Elizabeth Scott Bridal!

I visited Elizabeth Scott on a whim to try on a few dresses before flying to San Antonio to dress shop with my family. Autumn and the rest of the staff were so genuinely kind, patient, attentive, and overall fantastic. Setting up an appointment was so easy, and their survey was such a great way to pick and choose all the aspects of that I liked before I even set foot in the store. I walked away feeling so great. Little did I know I had tried on THE dress that day! The feeling was only amplified when I arrived in San Antonio and felt pressured and rushed, like they were starved to get me to drop money as soon as they sensed I had found the one. They wanted more money for the exact same dress I’d found at Elizabeth Scott. I knew they’d lost the sale when they tried to justify the cost, saying the dress I’d tried on at ES was probably a cheaper knockoff and likely wasn’t going to come with the care and attention they said they would provide. Not long after walking out of the store, I called Elizabeth Scott and let them know I would be coming in as soon as I flew back home to DFW. I even got a text from their Senior Stylist Autumn, who found the best time for me to come back in for an appointment (before finally wishing me a safe trip home!) I cannot recommend them enough!! Just another reason to ALWAYS shop local!

Unlike most brides, I dreaded dress shopping. The thought of trying on dresses gave me immense anxiety, and I put it off for several months.

Finally, I decided to message the boutique to see if they had any of the designers or styles in which I was interested. Jennifer, the owner, was quick to respond. When she encouraged me to get an appointment, I opened up about my dress stress. Her responses were caring, kind, and encouraging; ultimately, what led me to visit the shop.

Autumn, a senior stylist, was assigned to me. Many reviews rave about her, and I can see why! She was very attentive, got to know my personal style, and helped me find the perfect dress. When that dress turned out impossible to get in time, she scoured the web for a suitable alternative, rushed it to the store, and guess what? I ended up loving it even more than the first dress. On top of all that, they recommended an amazing seamstress that is currently working on tailoring and customizing my dress.

This is a tremendous team of ladies doing the wedding dress business right! It’s also worth mentioning that the shop itself is spacious and chic, unlike big name box stores. It’s well worth the trip, even if you don’t live nearby.
